FAQ

Canada Post or you can save the shipping charges by picking up your order.

You will receive a confirmation email to let you know I received your order.  

 

Once you place your order, I wait to receive payment.

 

Once I receive payment, your order will get packaged and your order status will be marked Complete. You will receive an email to let you know your order has been shipped.

If you log in to your 'My Account' page you'll see the status of your order.

To cancel your order, go to your 'My Account' page and cancel your order there.

The approximate shipping charges will calculate at check out. 

Exchanges are initiated by sending an email to peterg@verysharp.ca

 

Explain the nature of your request for an exchange.  All reasonable requests will be granted.

 

You pay the shipping charges and I'll gladly exchange anything that is unopened in it's original, undamaged packaging.
